The Big Top is a new, state-of-the-art venue able to accommodate a wide variety of uses. The entire auditorium is licensed for 2950 in GA standing mode, in-the-round seating provides capacity for approximately 2,000 people.

Tiered seating facing a traditional stage end will provide a similar capacity for theatre, conference and concert events.

Exhibitions and large banquets can also be held in the Big Top, with a flat floor space of approximately 1,500m² plus a mezzanine level of 11m x 30m.

A large and small production office with 3 phones, 2 fax lines and broadband Ethernet and wireless access. A disabled toilet. On-site production kitchen for catering riders etc.
