In the world of RnB - as well as music in general - longevity can be pretty rare. Artists are like a tide: they roll in and wash out all the time, year after year. And while some of them make it big and remain successful for a long time to come, many more are flash in the pans that are here today and gone tomorrow. But year after year, album after album, the RnB singer known as Joe has proven that he's here to stay. With 7 Grammy Nominations under his belt, 6 Platinum albums, and a string of hits including “I’m In Luv”, “I Wanna Know”, “Ride Wit Me”, “Stutter”, “Don’t Wanna Be A Playa” and “All The Things”, Joe has truly earned his title of one of the greatest RnB singers in the world today.

As a bonafide preacher's kid, Joe discovered his gift in the gospel choir where he learned to sing with the motivation to touch the soul. While working in a gospel music store, Joe met producer Vincent Herbert and recorded a three-track demo. Joe released his debut album “Everything” in 1993. It spawned a number of hit singles including the Top 10 RnB hit “I’m In Love”, which saw Joe sign to Jive Records. He went on to release his 1997 album “All That I Am” which went on to sell over a million copies in the US alone. His soulful vocals were in high demand for guest appearances and he added his magic for not only pop stars like Mariah Carey, but many hip hop stars as well including Fat Joe, G Unit, Big Pun and Nas.
